Managing human rights and labor risks through due diligence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Our approach

Hyve is committed to respecting human rights in our operations and across our supply chain. Human rights considerations guide program design, operational governance, and supplier due diligence.

We manage human rights and labor risks through a structured, risk-based due diligence approach anchored in the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct and informed by OECD due diligence principles. This includes identifying, assessing, and addressing risks through ongoing engagement, audits, and follow-up.

Protecting workers in our operations
Human rights expectations are embedded into site-level practices and aligned with the Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct, including working hours, wages and benefits, freely chosen employment, non-discrimination, and humane treatment. Workers have access to grievance mechanisms and escalation processes that enable concerns to be raised and addressed without retaliation. Human rights considerations are integrated into operational oversight and continuous improvement processes to strengthen performance and accountability over time.
Managing risks in our supply chain
We are developing a risk-based due diligence approach to identify, assess, and manage human rights and labor risks across our supply chain. Assessments consider geography, labor practices, and operational context to focus efforts where risk is highest. We collaborate with suppliers to address identified issues through corrective action, engagement, and follow-up, using insights from these activities to strengthen controls and support continuous improvement.
