Ratna Tripathi serves as Vice President, Human Resources, leading Hyve's people strategy. With over 20 years of experience in human resources leadership, Ratna brings expertise across global HR strategy, compliance, mergers and acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. She is a SHRM Certified Professional with advanced degrees in Human Resources Management, Economics and Psychology. Most recently, Ratna served as Global Vice President, People Strategist, DEIB and Corporate HR at Omnicell, where she led HR strategy for more than 4,500 employees across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Prior to Omnicell, she held senior HR leadership roles at Mindray-Zonare Medical Systems, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Boston Scientific Corporation. She also serves as Board Vice Chair for HERS Breast Cancer Foundation.
