Dennis Polk serves as Executive Chair of Hyve Global Holdings and is a member of the Board for TD SYNNEX. He previously served as Executive Chair of the Board from September 2021 through August 2023, and as President and Chief Executive Officer from March 2018 until September 2021. Earlier in his TD SYNNEX career, Dennis held roles as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance. He joined TD SYNNEX in 2002 and was appointed Director in 2012. Dennis also serves on the board of directors of Concentrix Corporation, bringing decades of financial and operational leadership to his executive roles.
