Powered by Broadcom Tomahawk 5

Jade is built on the Broadcom BCM78900, the advanced switching ASIC for AI and HPC fabrics. Hardware-native adaptive routing and dynamic load balancing at line rate deliver the consistent, predictable performance GPU clusters demand.

The Tomahawk 5 supports Clos, non-Clos, and Dragonfly topologies as first-class capabilities, not configuration workarounds, making Jade the right platform for the full range of AI fabric architectures.

With 512 × 100G SerDes and support for PAM4 signaling, Jade scales from 50G to 800GbE across diverse deployment patterns without sacrificing headroom for future workload growth.*

* Jade also offers 512×25GNRZ support for backward compatibility.

Human rights in our operations
Plus icon

Hyve recognizes that responsibility for human rights begins in our own operations. As a Tier 1 manufacturer, we focus on protecting workers, upholding fair labor practices, and maintaining systems that support dignity, safety, and ethical treatment across facilities.

Our approach to human rights in operations includes:

  • Alignment with the Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct for working hours, wages and benefits, freely chosen employment, non-discrimination, and humane treatment.
  • Policies and governance structures that set expectations for labor practices and worker protections in Hyve facilities.
  • Grievance mechanisms and escalation processes that enable workers to raise concerns without retaliation.
  • Integration of human rights considerations into operational oversight and continuous improvement processes.

This foundation informs how we will engage suppliers and manage human rights risks beyond our direct operations.

Responsible supply chain

We are developing a risk-based due diligence approach to identify, assess, and manage human rights and labor risks across our supply chain.

  • Risk-based due diligence based on geography, labor practices, and operational context.
  • Clear supplier expectations through Supplier Code, Human Rights Policy, Modern Slavery Statement, and Responsible Minerals Sourcing Policy.
  • Assessment and monitoring through audits, reviews, and engagement Corrective action and follow-up focused on remediation and continuous improvement.
  • Ongoing collaboration informing future assessments and program improvements.
Governance and accountability

Our human rights and supply chain program operates through a structured, risk-based approach with clear ownership and oversight. Our due diligence process is iterative and designed to evolve as risks, geographies, and operations change.

The Social Responsibility team oversees audits, risk assessment, due diligence activities, and follow-up, working with site teams, EHS, Human Resources (HR), supply chain partners, and corporate stakeholders. Findings inform corrective actions, monitoring, and continuous improvement across our operations and the developing supply chain program.

Standards and frameworks
