Governance and Accountability

Our human rights and supply chain program operates through a structured, risk-based approach with clear ownership and oversight. Our due diligence process is iterative and designed to evolve as risks, geographies, and operations change.

The Social Responsibility team oversees audits, risk assessment, due diligence activities, and follow-up, working with site teams, EHS, Human Resources (HR), supply chain partners, and corporate stakeholders. Findings inform corrective actions, monitoring, and continuous improvement across operations and the supply chain.
