Environmental Responsibility and Climate Action

Managing climate and environmental impacts across operations, logistics, and facilities.

Hyve manages environmental impacts across operations and logistics, with emphasis on climate, energy efficiency, waste reduction, and circularity. Our approach aligns with TD SYNNEX’s validated science-based climate targets and environmental policies and reflects the operational realities and risks of a global manufacturing footprint.

How We Support our Environment
Climate and emissions management, aligning with TD SYNNEX’s science-based targets to achieve net-zero across the value chain by 2045. Additionally, Hyve commits to achieve a 50% absolute reduction for all three scope emissions by 2030, with a 2024 baseline.
Energy efficiency and operational improvements, implemented through facility-level initiatives such as energy management, equipment upgrades, and process optimization.
Renewable energy and site-level planning, including participation in renewable energy procurement and site-specific strategies to reduce Scope 2 emissions. All Hyve manufacturing facilities have been using 100% renewable electricity since 2024.
Waste management and circular economy integration, embedding circularity into product lifecycles, packaging, manufacturing operations, logistics, and IT asset disposition. Hyve uses the Reduce–Reuse–Recycle–Recover–Landfill hierarchy to manage solid waste in facilities.
Environmental management and resilience: all Hyve manufacturing facilities maintain ISO 14001-certified Environmental Management Systems focused on risk identification and mitigation, legal compliance, training and communication, and continual environmental improvement.

How Climate and Environmental Risks Are Managed
Hyve identifies and manages environmental and climate risks through governance, management systems, and operational planning. This includes environmental management systems, internal reviews, and coordination across facilities, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) teams, and corporate partners to support compliance, performance improvement, and resilience.
Operational Efficiency
As demand for data center infrastructure and advanced computing grows, managing environmental impacts becomes increasingly important. Hyve operates facilities efficiently today while planning for a lower-carbon, more climate-resilient future that supports both our operations and our customers’ sustainability objectives.
