Jerry Kagele brings over 30 years of technology industry leadership to Hyve Solutions, where he became President in January 2026. Prior to joining Hyve, Jerry served as Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer at Western Digital, and SanDisk, where he managed unified customer relationships, optimized revenue generation, and improved customer experience across the entire revenue lifecycle. He drove go-to-market strategies, demand generation, and product support for all products and services. Before Western Digital he served as President of North America for Bell Microproducts, overseeing all business operations in the US and Canada. He also held executive positions at Avnet in both Europe and North America.

In 2009, SYNNEX’s System Integration Division, focused heavily on the server/storage/appliance market as demand for custom servers in large-scale deployments, ignited. This prompted SYNNEX SVP and general manager, Steve Ichinaga, and a small team to create a new group better able to meet this niche’s unique needs. The group’s custom hyperscale server business exploded after Steve led a partnership with Facebook, which in turn fed into the creation of the Open Compute Project and this SYNNEX group becoming the world’s first OCP Solutions Provider. Steve officially founded Hyve Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of TD SYNNEX Corporation, in 2011. Steve served as President until transitioning to Senior Advisor in January 2026.

Gina Rugani serves as Chief Operating Officer, bringing nearly 40 years of technology industry experience and operational expertise. During her tenure at TD SYNNEX, she helped scale the organization and solved complex challenges through strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration. Gina oversees human resources, global manufacturing operations, business operations, purchasing, IT development, and program management. She helped architect the software infrastructure used across TD SYNNEX and Hyve, building scalable systems that support delivery of data center solutions for demanding enterprise customers.

Dennis Polk serves as Executive Chair of Hyve Global Holdings and is a member of the Board for TD SYNNEX. He previously served as Executive Chair of the Board from September 2021 through August 2023, and as President and Chief Executive Officer from March 2018 until September 2021. Earlier in his TD SYNNEX career, Dennis held roles as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance. He joined TD SYNNEX in 2002 and was appointed Director in 2012. Dennis also serves on the board of directors of Concentrix Corporation, bringing decades of financial and operational leadership to his executive roles.

Rami Khouri serves as Senior Vice President of Global Engineering, bringing 24 years of experience from Intel in data center infrastructure and hardware engineering leadership. Most recently, he was Vice President in Intel’s Data Center Group and General Manager for Data Center Hardware Engineering, leading platform development across compute, AI, and networking. His work contributed to industry standards and open ecosystem collaboration. Earlier, Rami directed infrastructure development for Intel’s internal at-scale data center fleet initiative. He began his Intel career in 2001 and previously held engineering leadership roles at Candescent and Integrated Device Technology.

Dimitrios Ziakas, PhD, serves as Chief Technology Officer and Vice President, System Architecture at Hyve Solutions. He brings over 26 years of experience shaping data center systems, most recently as Vice President and General Manager of Data Center Architecture at Intel. Dimitrios has led system-level design across enterprise, cloud, AI, and storage infrastructure across multiple technology generations. His background spans compute architectures, memory hierarchies, I/O, packaging, and server platform design. Holding more than 27 patents, he advises enterprises, investors, and policymakers on AI, compute, and infrastructure resilience.

With over 20 years at TD SYNNEX and now Hyve Solutions, Sarah Lin brings experience across programming, sales, product management, and supply chain operations. She aligns customer requirements with operational execution across the product lifecycle. As a supply chain and sourcing leader, Sarah drives cost and lead-time optimization and builds risk-mitigation strategies through global second- and third-tier supplier relationships. Her approach centers on transparency and integrity with customers and partners, supporting resilient supply and predictable delivery for large-scale deployments.

Shou Lin Chua has led Hyve Solutions through sustained growth since 2011, with a focus on customer satisfaction and technical execution. He brings over 20 years of experience across server, AI, storage, cloud, and large-scale data center infrastructure. Shou holds a bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science (Artificial Intelligence and Computational Modeling) from the University of California, Berkeley. He is known for working from customer requirements at the architectural level and translating them into tailored solutions. His ability to navigate complex technical challenges supports Hyve’s continued growth in an evolving data center landscape.

Michael Lane leads Hyve’s networking business unit, developing switching hardware solutions that support Hyve’s vertically integrated approach to data center infrastructure. He brings over three decades of experience across architecture, product management, and engineering leadership. Michael holds multiple patents in data center cabling infrastructure materials and management techniques. His background includes executive engineering leadership at Accton, senior networking roles at Amazon Retail, and networking chief of staff at an AI data center startup. He has also served in leadership roles across Open Compute Project (OCP) community efforts and open networking initiatives, including DENT and SONiC.
